I’m currently a B2B tech salesperson at Runway. I’ve worked at 2 LinkedIn Top Startups and won 2x President’s Club’s for Series B-IPO’ed(ing) unicorns like TripActions/Navan, Udemy, and Medallion as an outbound Account Executive.
I’ve been a QuarterLife Career Coach for high performers in their 20s and 30s, ran a 100-mile ultramarathon, biked across the US, raised $25K for charity, gone viral from writing online, backpacked south America for 6 months, been a recruiter, and served at 3 different restaurants (Japanese hibachi, French bistro, Italian fine-dining).
Over the past 20 years, I’ve had more existential, identity, career, and mental health crises than I can count. Navigating my QuarterLife was messy.
I invested $40K+ into therapy, coaching, and communities, struggled to make friends, walked away from a lot of awkward dates, doom scrolled for way too many hours, drank myself stupid, and isolated for weeks playing video games.
Developing better habits, learning how to love myself, overcoming social anxiety, managing up at work, switching careers — it took years of trial and error to become the person I am today. My journey felt long, painful, and lonely.

I have two older brothers and we’re all ~2 years apart. My parents are Korean-American immigrant. Dad is a pastor. Mom is a nurse.
My grandparents on both sides left their families behind in North Korea (my great grandparents) during the Korean war and all were devout Christians.
I live in Denver, Colorado, with my ~2.5-year-old pup June, who I got on June 30th, the year I turned 30.
